Corporate Matching

Participate in your company matching programs. Increase your contribution to Northstar with double or triple matching from your employer! The NAC is a registered 501 non-profit organization and eligible for most Employer Matching Gift programs. Check with your company's HR department to learn more.

Microsoft Employees

Microsoft wants to help deepen your impact by empowering organizations that inspire you. To do that, we offer a robust matching benefit. Your personal donations of money (including stock) and Microsoft products to eligible organizations can be matched dollar-for-dollar, and your volunteer hours can be matched at $25 per hour. US-based interns, visiting researchers, and employees up to and including Level 67 receive a match limit of $15,000 each calendar year. Level 68-70 partners receive $25,000 (starting January 1, 2021), Level 80+ executives receive $50,000, and members of the company’s Senior Leadership Team receive a $100,000 match limit.
